A sunny Spring Sunday Drive to Akuna Bay in Sydney's Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park
On a sunny Spring Sunday, what better way to spend the day than taking our Spitfire 'Suzy' for a run. We decided to drive to Terrey Hills and turn onto the lovely road that wends its way down through the National Park to Akuna Bay. There's a lovely restaurant overlooking the marina and a couple of great picnic spots along this road if you want to bring your own. We spotted a couple of other classic car owners along the way, including a lovely 1968 Ford Mustang convertible. Yo

The E-Type goes to Wine Country in the Hunter Valley, NSW
After being off the road since 1999, our 1966 E-type Jaguar Series 1, 2+2 hit the road for a family event in the beautiful Hunter Valley 2+ hours north of Sydney. After all the hard work, the old girl decided to be a bit temperamental starting on the cold early morning and she definitely didn't like the potholes and speed-humps encountered along the way. The exhaust hangers were ripped off and it remained attached only by the exhaust flange and the rear-most muffler attachmen
